How long does it take to process my order? Our processing time frame is 1-3 business days excluding Sundays.
Do you accept returns? At the moment, we are not accepting returns for skincare products (body butters, body oils, body mist). Returns are accepted for Candles- if the packaged item arrives damaged and/or broken by the carrier (USPS/UPS). In its original packaging and unused. Further proof will be needed to process return. Return will be processed back to its original payment method upon completion of inspection of the product. Returns can take up to 7-10 business days.
Do you offer wholesale? Yes! We offer wholesale on all body butters and body oils listed on our site. Our size for wholesale orders are 8oz jar ( compacity 4oz). For Body Oil we use 4oz bottles ( compacity 4oz). Lead time for wholesale orders are 5-10 business days. Please send me an email if you are interested.
